Job Description:

• Measures, cuts, and assembles wood, scaffolding, and formwork for concrete structures in the reservoir project
• Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, and project specifications for dam, reservoir, or water infrastructure
• Builds and installs wooden molds/forms for concrete pouring and structural supports
• Repairs and maintains wooden structures, scaffolds, and frameworks on-site
• Ensures accuracy, quality, and safety in all construction tasks

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or vocational/technical training in carpentry or construction
• Proven experience in formwork and general carpentry, preferably in civil or reservoir projects
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
• Ability to read and follow construction drawings and blueprints
• Physical stamina and good hand-eye coordination
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and construction safety standards
