Description
- Provide compassionate care and assistance to clients in their daily activities.
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health status.
- Support clients with mobility and physical exercises.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Health and Social Care or related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow care plans and report changes in health
- Working Conditions: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
