  • Process Dealer Orders and Inquiry (Catalog, LOS), Assist with inventory managerment and verify that all parts are correctly stocked.

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in accepting shipments pf parts, sending order to dealer and documenting all inventory that enters and exits the facility

Place and folloe up on orders to local suppliers

Assist Parts Manager in setting and maintaining inventory levels for the location.

EDUCATION 

College Graduate

 

EXPERIENCE

Three (3) years related experience in Administrative practices

 WORKING RELATIONSHIP

KNOWLEDGE

 Knowledge in MS office
