Job Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and sales agents.
  • Promote financing products and services tailored for car buyers.
  • Provide clients with complete information about loan terms, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
  • Receive and review loan applications for completeness and accuracy.
  • Perform preliminary credit screening based on company policies.
  • Coordinate with credit evaluation and risk teams for approval processes.
  • Guide clients through the loan process from application to disbursement.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, or disputes related to used car financing.
  • Ensure all submitted documents are valid, complete, and in compliance with internal standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0 - 1 year of experience in auto loan financing, preferably in used car loans or banking.
  • Familiarity with credit processes and financial products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and loan processing software is an advantage.
