- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs.
- Offer vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Provide detailed product information and answer queries.
- Negotiate sales agreements and finalize transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory and promotions.
- Follow up with customers post-sale for satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to dealership goals.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation skills, and customer service orientation.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced dealership environment, flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to build relationships.
