Job Summary

The Used Car Sales Staff is responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing pre-owned vehicles. This role involves providing product information, handling sales transactions, and ensuring excellent customer service. It is ideal for fresh graduates who are interested in sales, customer service, and the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in choosing suitable used vehicles based on their needs and budget
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and warranties
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, online, or via phone
• Process sales documents and ensure accuracy of paperwork
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Ensure the showroom and display vehicles are clean and organized

Qualifications
