1. Creates and implements sales activities towards target attainment.
2. Seek out and target new clients, and sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the company.
3. Assist in hiring, selection, training, and coaching of marketing professionals.
4. Managing customer complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
5. Address customer concern and validate account information.
6. Ensures compliance with the code of discipline and currently implemented memoranda, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

1. Graduate of any business course.
2. Experience in handling a sales team in the automotive industry for at least 3 years.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Hardworking and result-oriented.
5. Knowledge in the automotive sales process.
