- Assist customers in selecting vehicles, manage sales processes, and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients.
- Assist customers in choosing the right vehicle to fit their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current inventory and promotions.
- Negotiate vehicle prices and financing options.
- Achieve sales targets and report daily activities.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced automotive environment; may require weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, resilience, teamwork, and customer-focused approach.
