Strong coordination and leadership skills in multi-stakeholder environments.
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities to engage diverse groups, including displaced communities, humanitarian partners, and government authorities.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting tools, especially the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM).
Knowledge of camp management principles, site planning, and humanitarian protection standards.
Ability to implement infrastructure improvement projects in displacement sites.
Problem-solving and advocacy skills to promote durable solutions for displaced populations.

Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Social Sciences, Humanitarian Studies, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in humanitarian response, camp coordination and management, or a related area.
Experience in working within the Cluster Approach framework, preferably with the Global CCCM Cluster or similar mechanisms.
Demonstrated expertise in disaster preparedness and response, including mass evacuation planning.
Familiarity with international humanitarian laws and standards.
Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an asset).
Willingness to travel and work in challenging field environments.
