Description
- Assist customers via phone, ensuring all queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 5–10 years in customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Working Conditions: Available to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
