- Respond to customer inquiries regarding banking and financial services.
- Assist clients with account management and transaction processing.
- Provide expert guidance on banking products and services.
- Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 6 months in BPO, preferably in a financial setting.
- Skills and Competencies:Excellent communication skills in English.
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in call center operations and customer service principles.
- Qualities and Traits:Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
