Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Professionally handles high volume inbound calls to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
• Presents new products and services
• Enhance customer experience and satisfaction
• Demonstrate ability to gauge customer response
• Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs, and educate customer
• Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process
• Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
• Responsible for call disposition or compiling and generating reports as required

Qualifications:

• No BPO Experience required for College Graduates!
• Undergraduates or SHS/HS (old curriculum): at least 6 months of TSR Experience
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
• Comfortable with an onsite setup
• Preferably residing in or near Taguig, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pateros and Makati or nearby areas!
