Description
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and update account information in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge of company offerings.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
