Description
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction in all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the database.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving ability and a positive attitude
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
