Role Overview

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients of an international travel account. Your role is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear, empathetic, and effective support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support with payments and mobility services
• Serve as the primary contact for client accounts in travel services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues and improve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- At least 2-years in College or Senior High School graduate

- Familiarity with customer service experience, especially phone-based.

- Strong communication skills;
