Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests.
- Handle incoming calls and provide information about products and services.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the call center system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service and performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: Entry Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.
