- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Good communication skills, problem-solving, customer service
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
