- Provide excellent customer service to callers and resolve their inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls effectively and efficiently.
- Record customer interactions and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service orientation
- Skills and Competencies: Problem-solving abilities
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with call center operations
- Skills and Competencies: Basic technical skills
- Skills and Competencies: Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
