- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Meet performance metrics and adhere to quality standards
- High School or Senior High School graduate
- Open for Fresh grad/ No BPO experience
- Good communication and active listening skills
- Willing to work onsite in CDO
- Amenable to shifting schedules and weekend work
