- Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:0–2 years
