As the primary point of contact, call center agents embody the company’s brand through every customer interaction. Their duties include managing phone inquiries, troubleshooting problems, processing orders, maintaining accurate records, and driving high levels of client satisfaction.
What you'll do daily:
Answer customer calls
Explain products clearly
Solve problems and answer queries
Update client files
Take detailed call notes
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
