Experienced Call Center Agent responsible for making outbound calls to customers and potential clients. Handles follow-ups, customer assistance, promotions, and other assigned calling activities professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and potential clients.
- Conduct follow-ups and customer surveys.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Record customer responses and information.
- Address customer questions and concerns.
- Meet daily productivity and performance goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- At least 1 year of call center experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional phone manner.
- Strong listening and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet daily targets.
