Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide timely resolutions to inquiries and concerns.
• Assist customers with account management, billing concerns, plan upgrades, and service-related requests.
• Troubleshoot basic service and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
• Meet quality and performance standards while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and procedures in delivering excellent customer support.

Job Requirements

• At least Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
• Minimum of 6 months BPO/Call Center experience.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Amenable to work onsite.
