A Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound customer interactions. The role involves providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction across various industries such as telecommunications, healthcare, finance, and retail.
Senior High School Graduate with 1–2 years BPO experience
College Level (at least 2nd year) with minimum 6 months CSR experience
College Graduate – open to fresh graduates!
