As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving inquiries, providing product and service information, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Document customer interactions in the system.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, courteous, and professional attitude at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college level is an advantage).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
• Previous call center experience is an advantage but not required.
