Description

·      Handle inbound/outbound provider and/or member calls for voice support.

·      Handle fax/work inquiries/written correspondence for non-voice support.

·      Address all queries from providers and/or members (eligibility and benefits, claim status, authorization, contract status, etc.) supported by the business.

·      Understand account Business Strategy and managed care direction.

·      Utilize and be familiar with current system functions, applications and enhancements.

·      Maintains resource materials such as updated disks, paper reference.

·      Additional responsibilities include development and training of self and co-workers.

·      Suggest and shares ideas for system improvement.

·      Experiments with and accepts new ideas in a positive and timely manner.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Science ,Social Work, Human Services or any related course.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in Direct Patient Care; such as in Long-Term Care, Home And Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, Case Management, Counselling, Consultations, Triaging. OR  BPO healthcare handling MEMBER calls experience

  • Qualifications: ( Profile 2 )
  • Associate Graduate ( any course )
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Direct Patient Care; such as in Long-Term Care, Home And Community-Based Services, Hospital/Facility Settings, Case Management, Counselling, Consultations, Triaging. OR BPO healthcare handling MEMBER calls experience

Work Onsite on a nightshift schedule located @ Bridgetowne, Quezon City, E Rodriguez, Metro Manila
