Description

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document conversations and maintain records of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School degree is required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year international call center experience in a csr/tsr role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong communication and listening skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and provide excellent service.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, may require evening shifts.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patient, and able to work under pressure.
