Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries, orders, and product information across multiple communication channels (phone, chat, and email).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers by offering support and resolving their concerns.
• Ensure daily productivity reports are accurately submitted to your immediate supervisor.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or support in a BPO environment.
• Prior experience in chat/voice/email support is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati.
• Flexibility to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.
