Description :

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional manner, following call scripts and resolving queries efficiently.
  • Document all call information according to company protocol and provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Assist with customer issues and provide insightful solutions while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery within a dynamic BPO & Call Center environment.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple concerns simultaneously while representing Staffing co.'s commitment to exceptional customer service.

Requirements :

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level position, no prior experience required.
  • Skills and Competencies:Fluency in the English language
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage large volumes of incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, which may require working in shifts including evenings and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Good communication skills, patience, empathetic listener, problem-solving ability, and adept at handling stressful situations.
