Description :
- Answer inbound customer calls in a professional manner, following call scripts and resolving queries efficiently.
- Document all call information according to company protocol and provide feedback for process improvements.
- Assist with customer issues and provide insightful solutions while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery within a dynamic BPO & Call Center environment.
- Prioritize and manage multiple concerns simultaneously while representing Staffing co.'s commitment to exceptional customer service.
Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Experience Level: Entry-level position, no prior experience required.
- Skills and Competencies:Fluency in the English language
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrated strong work ethic
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage large volumes of incoming calls, address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, which may require working in shifts including evenings and weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Good communication skills, patience, empathetic listener, problem-solving ability, and adept at handling stressful situations.
