Description :

  • As a Call Center Representative at our staffing co. specializing in BPO & Call Center solutions, you'll be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Handle high volume of inbound calls with efficiency and courtesy.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
  • Engage in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients as needed.
  • Log call details and follow up on resolutions.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's success in the industry.

Requirements :

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.


Experience Level:

- No previous experience required.

Skills and Competencies:

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Strong command of the English language.

- Proven problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively as a team member.

- Familiarity with call center systems and practices.
