Join our team as a Customer Service Representative! You’ll assist customers through phone, email, and chat by addressing inquiries, providing product information, and resolving technical issues. We’re looking for individuals with excellent communication and active listening skills, as well as basic computer proficiency.

Main Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls and assist customers with account details, product inquiries, and order updates.

Clearly communicate company policies, available services, and account options to customers.

Assess customer concerns and provide effective troubleshooting in a professional and composed manner.

Resolve issues efficiently, with a focus on achieving first-contact resolution.

Keep customer records updated and ensure all interactions and account changes are properly documented.

Qualifications

At least 6 months call center experience

SH/SHS Grad

Willing to work on site

Basic computer literacy

Good communication skills
