Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in technical content creation, software documentation, or a related field.
• Excellent technical writing, editing, and communication skills with C2 English proficiency.
• Experience using Content Management Systems (CMS) and project management tools.
• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or content design is preferred.
• A portfolio showcasing technical content, UX writing, video content, or graphic design is an advantage.
• Knowledge of digital advertising, CMS troubleshooting, prompt engineering, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation and content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality content that supports products, services, and user experiences.
• Manage and update content through Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Ensure documentation follows company standards for quality, consistency, and usability.
• Assist in content planning, organization, and project coordination using project management tools.
• Research and apply best practices in technical writing, UX content, and digital communication.
• Contribute to content improvement initiatives by leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, prompt engineering, and LLMs when applicable.
