Description
- Assist customers by providing information, resolving issues, and answering inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, empathetic, and able to handle stressful situations
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Working Conditions: Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
