Description:

As a Call Center Agent at ResultsCX, you will be the voice of the customer experience.

Your role includes:

• Answering inbound calls, chats, or emails from customers.
• Assisting with billing, account inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and product information.
• Ensuring every interaction is professional, accurate, and customer-focused.
• Following standard processes, compliance, and quality guidelines.
• Escalating concerns to higher support levels when necessary.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate or High School graduate (Old Curriculum)
• No BPO experience required – Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome!
• Good communication skills (English or Tagalog)
