Call Center Agent

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with their concerns.
• Make outbound calls when necessary.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
• Process customer requests, orders, or account information.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and security policies.
• Meet assigned performance and customer service targets.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, college undergraduate, or college graduate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented and professional.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is an advantage, but not always required.
