We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team in BRIDGETOWN, QUEZON CITY. The role involves handling international voice accounts, providing excellent customer support, and ensuring timely resolution of client concerns in a fast-paced BPO environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educational Background:

• At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate with at least 6 months BPO international voice experience

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong English communication skills (B2 level)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good customer service orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail

Work Requirements:

• Willing to work onsite
• Amenable to shifting schedules
• CAN START IMMEDIATELY
