Description
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Document call information and maintain customer records accurately.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism
- Working Conditions: Open office environment, may require working shifts
