- Interact with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
- Document interactions and follow up on open cases.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service protocols.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service orientation
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Skills and Competencies: Basic technical skills and familiarity with call center operations
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
