Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of BPO/Call Center experience (voice or non-voice)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• High school graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome) or College level/graduate
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills
• Can work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information
• Document customer interactions in the system
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance metrics
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining company standards
