Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on resolutions.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive attitude and approach every customer interaction with empathy.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Basic computer literacy
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
