- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve issues and complaints with an efficient, courteous approach.
- Document customer interactions with detail and accuracy.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Provide feedback on processes to enhance service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing training and adapt to dynamic BPO & Call Center industry changes.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Support additional tasks as required by the Staffing co.'s business needs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn technical skills.
- Proficient in the English language for effective communication.
- Capability to work collaboratively as a team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties:
