Description :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve issues and complaints with an efficient, courteous approach.
  • Document customer interactions with detail and accuracy.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets.
  • Provide feedback on processes to enhance service delivery.
  • Engage in ongoing training and adapt to dynamic BPO & Call Center industry changes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements :

  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required; entry-level position.
