We're looking for dedicated Call Center Agents who are passionate about helping customers. In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand, responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, providing effective solutions, and ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience while upholding our commitment to excellent service.

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)

Handle Inbound Calls: Answer customer calls promptly and assist with inquiries regarding products, orders, and account management.

Educate & Inform: Clearly explain product features, services, and company policies to ensure customers understand their options.

Problem-Solve: Diagnose customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and resolve concerns quickly and professionally—often on the first call.

Maintain Records: Update customer records and account information with precision after every interaction.

Document Interactions: Keep detailed, accurate notes of every customer interaction in our CRM system to ensure seamless follow-up.

Qualifications

At least 6 months call center experience

SH/SHS Grad

Willing to work on site

Basic computer literacy

Good communication skills
