Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls to provide information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties include responding to inquiries, processing requests, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in computer systems and CRM tools.

Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.

High school diploma or equivalent; some roles may require previous customer service experience.

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
