Description

  • Customer Support: Answer inbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
  • Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and update account details in the company’s CRM system.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle complaints, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex concerns to supervisors or appropriate departments when necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly, listen actively, and convey information effectively to customers.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capable of identifying customer issues and providing quick, effective solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort with using call center software, CRM systems, and other communication tools to manage customer interactions.
