Requirements :

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in using customer service software, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about products/services, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, required to sit for long periods, may include shift work and weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, patience, empathy, resilience, and a positive attitude.
