Role Overview

We’re looking for a CAD Designer & Operator with experience in HVAC systems to support our engineering and operations team. You’ll be responsible for producing accurate technical drawings, layout plans, and schematics for air conditioning and ventilation projects—ensuring compliance with design standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 2D and 3D CAD drawings for HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and equipment layouts
• Interpret engineering sketches, site measurements, and specifications
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site changes
• Maintain organized drawing files and version control
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and other CAD software (e.g., Revit, SketchUp is a plus)
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC drafting or mechanical design
• Strong understanding of HVAC components, layouts, and airflow principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Vocational or college degree in Drafting Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Preferred Skills
