About the role

Tobey Construction And Maintenance Corporation is seeking a talented CAD Operator / BIM to join our dynamic team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. As a full-time CAD Operator / BIM, you will play a crucial role in supporting our engineering, bidding ,estimating and construction projects, utilising your expertise in computer-aided design (CAD).

What you'll be doing

• Producing accurate and detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models for various engineering and construction projects
• Incorporating BIM principles and strategies to enhance project planning, coordination, and visualisation
• Collaborating with the project team to interpret specifications, schematics, and other technical documents
• Ensuring drawings and models adhere to industry standards, company policies, and client requirements
• Providing technical support

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CAD Operator or BIM Technician in the engineering or construction industry
• Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD/BIM software
• Strong understanding of engineering drafting principles, and construction standards
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with project management processes
