A Japanese Globally company following Japanese standards with blueprints, producing modern 3D designs and styles of properties and buildings. This Interior design company is making a well known village in the Philippines.

  • Coordinate with Filipino employees based on Japanese request
  • Collaborate closely with Engineers, Architects and Project Managers.
  • Create housing permit documents in Japanese and process while coordinating with both Filipino staff and Japanese staff from the Japan office
  • Effectively communicate between the Japanese counterparts and other related parties.
  • Able to read architectural drawings in Japanese and how to use Japanese CAD software.
  • Check accurate records for architectural documentations.
  • Supports the Japanese and English communication across teams.

Requirements

  • Filipinos who speak Japanese up to N1 to N2 Level.
  • Open to Fresh graduate applicants.
  • No gender preferences.
  • Can speak and understand Japanese and English.
  • Knowledge in CAD software or architecture is a plus.
  • Preferably with working experiences.
  • Open to bachelors degree / college Level.
  • Willing to undergo paid training for several months, hoping that candidate could stay longer in our company.
  • Dedicated to work onsite in Makati.
