The CAD Operator is responsible for preparing, revising, and maintaining technical drawings and plans using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software. The role involves working closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure accurate and timely production of drawings for construction and engineering projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed engineering and construction drawings using AutoCAD and other CAD software.
• Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and client instructions.
• Interpret sketches, specifications, and technical data to create accurate drawings
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project personnel regarding drawing revisions and requirements.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and project closeout documents.
• Perform site visits when necessary to verify dimensions and gather information for drafting purposes.
• Support project teams by providing technical drawing assistance throughout project implementation.
